Course Enrollment and Access

Learning Management System (LMS)

- Unauthorized sharing of account access or course materials is strictly prohibited

User Responsibilities
Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
Acceptable Use
- Use our Services for lawful educational purposes only
- Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without permission
- Respect intellectual property rights of instructors and other users
- Do not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with service functionality
Payment and Refunds
Course Fees
- Course fees are specified at the time of enrollment
- Payment must be completed before accessing course materials
- We accept various payment methods as listed on our payment page
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 7 days of course enrollment, subject to our refund policy
- No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed for more than 7 days
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our contact form
- Processing refunds may take 5-7 business days
Certifications and Assessments
- Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
- Certificate authenticity can be verified through our verification system
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates for academic misconduct
- Digital certificates may be downloaded and shared on professional networks
Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including videos, documents, and assessments, are owned by Harmacom or our content partners
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access materials for personal learning
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited
- User-generated content may be used by Harmacom for service improvement with appropriate privacy measures
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing login credentials with others
- Recording or distributing course content without permission
- Using automated tools to access or scrape our platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Engaging in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of Liability
Harmacom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
